A confusing notice we saw in a park today.
A Black and White version of the Electric Web.
Managed to get up and out early to catch the morning mist. Inspired by MKaye56 on Oct 6-7.
This is my daughter's bunny, she is larger than life, :-)
Giant is a theme this week for me. Taken on the way home from a model train show. My buddy was riding shotgun, and while stopped at a light, he looked over and just started laughing. This sign was why. Location - Whitehall, PA. People saw us taking photos, and they did so, too.
Headlight ablaze, Reading & Northern 4-6-2 # 425 bursts out of White Haven Tunnel working hard upgrade on wet rails. Built in January 1928 by Baldwin Locomotive Works (Philadelphia) for the Gulf, Mobile and Northern. This year marks the 25th Anniversary of the R&N.
The last day of steam excursions for Fall 2008 at Steamtown (Scranton, PA.). Canadian National 2-8-2 # 3254 throttles up the grade just outside of Goldsboro. I met a group of about 15 other photographers from around northeast Pennsylvania. It was nice to assist them in scouting out the best locations.
Frangipanis always seem so tropical and summery to me :)

I was waiting for the lights to change so I could cross the street and... imagine my surprise when I realized that the walk/don't walk men were carrying riffles. I was so amused. 'DON'T WALK! ...or we'll shoot you!'
