this was the worst rainstorm ive ever been in. dropped 5 inches of rain in under an hour, and flooded my hometowns main street to the point where it was a river. we had to ford 3 separate flooded roads in victoria's new beetle just to get to her moms house.

taken yesterday. even the superhighway got flooded. crazy!

another photo taken on sunday, we saw my brother play with the cadets at giants stadium. they had an excellent routine and won that night. eventually they came in 3rd overall at the finals on the 10th.

new lens is awesome! this was the very first photo i took with it. its a nikon 35mm F1.8 DX. very fast and very sharp, with GREAT bokeh.

my boss got me into a sun microsystems event at a suite in yankee stadium! it was great, i took the best seat (right there on the end of our row in front), and ate all the free food. too bad the yankees lost!

got a new lens, and got this awesome crochet'ed mushroom from ninaluna. thanks nina, it resides on my desk at work and all my coworkers are jealous!

went up to RI with my parents to see my grandpa. he's not doing so well, but it was a fun visit.
