Having finished a Project 365, I'm shooting for even more fun and the occasional theme week when things are less fun. Also, I swear that this year I'll program some functional apps to use with ShutterCal!

Happy birthday to me, ShutterCal prints ain't free; will you buy me a ShutterBox -- for a nominal fee? Actually, I was on the road most of today, flying back to Delaware for my sister's wedding this weekend. My family still got me a sweet chocolate cake, though! (Lumix DMC-FZ28)

My sister's getting married on Saturday, so we took my brother-in-law out to the bars tonight for a (classy) bachelor party. The girls all sang and signed a shirt for him and our waitress was very charming. (Lumix DMC-FZ28)

4
Happy wedding day to my sister, Becky, and my new brother-in-law, Pierre! (Lumix DMC-FZ28)
5
My family traditionally hosts a birthday party dinner for the kids with the meal (or restaurant) of our choice. Although my birthday was on June 2nd, I was in the air all day coming back to Delaware -- and then we had my sister's wedding! So, tonight was my birthday dinner down at the Boondock's crab shack outside of Smyrna, DE. (Lumix DMC-FZ28)
6
Now that the wedding with Becky and Pierre is done, I'm hanging out in Delaware for another week or so along with my older sister, Rachel, and her two kids, Kate and Jack. (Lumix DMC-FZ28)

I've been wanting to make a backwards clock for a while now, so tonight I found some DIY Instructables on how to make a clock run backwards. The science is really easy: you just turn the magnet inside the electromagnetic coil around, so that it reverses the polarity of the electricity and the clock runs backwards. Easier said than done, though, so after destroying two clock mechanisms and just restoring the last one, I went online and ordered a Barbershop Clock mechanism. (Lumix DMC-FZ28)
8
KITTY KITTY PIRATE KITTY PERCH KITTY KITTY KITTY. (Lumix DMC-FZ28)
9
I visited a friend up in Schwenksville, PA -- yes, the town names are very silly in Pennsylvania -- and for dinner we went to a kickass tiki bar, where I got to grill my own gator kabob. During the winter, the place is an upscale ski lodge -- but once the snow melts, its party time! (Lumix DMC-FZ28)

Random Fancy Dress Date at Homegrown! Some friends and I, one of whom happens to own a tuxedo and the other some nice cocktail dresses, like to put our clothes to good use and ... randomly go out to the bar. (Moto Droid, Lumix DMC-FZ28)
11
Nom the kitten! It's okay, she'll stick her head in your mouth if you open it wide enough. (Lumix DMC-FZ28)
12
Glug glug glug.. I am a master gas pumper! (Lumix DMC-FZ28)
13
I finally got a smartphone a few days ago, a Motorola Droid. I took a photo of my mom to use for her caller ID, but when I went to assign it, I realized that my phone had already imported her Facebook profile photo! (Lumix DMC-FZ28)
14
Just some random cool plates I saw around town. (Moto Droid)
15
I flew back to California today by way of Denver, which has some pretty sweet art and architecture in their airport. It looks like this plane was flying over a set piece from Tomb Raider. (Lumix DMC-FZ28)
16
Political commentary or green advertising? (Moto Droid)
17
Back to work, which means I get to start using my new lunchbag! I got a birthday coupon for $10 off at World Market (which stocks all sorts of sweet import items including candy and coffee syrup) and they also had a deal where you get a free reusable mini-bag if you spent $10. Yesss free stuff. (Moto Droid)
18
What's that noise over there? Why, it's a kitty in a box! (Moto Droid)
19
The cat thinks that he is people. (Lumix DMC-FZ28)
20
That PVC bike rack I made a few weeks back? It's doing okay, but it keeps falling apart. Today, I start putting PVC cement on it -- and it sure makes my skin look flaky. (Moto Droid)
21
The spiders that live in 'Lin's kitchen make up for every web that gets destroyed, either by me cleaning up or the cat jumping up on the sill to get out. See if you can spy the little web attached to the handle of my mug bowl! (Lumix DMC-FZ28)
22
Found this place out in some random, hideaway corner of town. Moto Droid)
23
This little plant is just struggling to keep up outside the deli! I wonder how long they'll let it stay. (Moto Droid)
24
Curly hair is curly. And -- oh, look, my new phone! (Moto Droid)
25
I went to work yesterday with the intention of making a PVC trebuchet. Lunch time was spent drawing out a diagram from a picture I found online. After lunch, I hit the hardware store for the stuff. An hour and a half later, I had a trebuchet! (Lumix DMC-FZ28)
26
I don't know what you're talking about, so here's a raccoon with a tiny top hat. (Lumix DMC-FZ28)
27
I did it! We've been looking for something curtainy for 'Lin's window that had a celestial theme, since what's up there right now is basically a fleece blanket with that print. Well, I found no-sew fleece blanket pack at Joann's yesterday, which was the printed fleece and a blue fleece sheet. I took that, cut out strips of fabric for tabs, and sewed it all together. It kept me awake till 2am, but it's totally home-sewn! (Lumix DMC-FZ28)
28
Looks like the Cruiser Crew rolled up to the deli for lunch today. (Moto Droid)
29
A cat in his steampunky castle. Also, they put the sewing table back there backwards, I dont know why. (Lumix DMC-FZ28)
