and sometimes,
it's a good day to have breakfast."

- Smoke Signals
Greg at the window of his apartment/dorm room this morning. He was talking to his mother and pacing.
That's my mug of tea in the left corner; we're warding off illnesses.

2
The Republican National Convention. HOOHAA
3
changed the colors, but i love the way my hair looks. i blow dried it, actually. i was also very sick on this day.
4
Mo licking herself in the window.
5
Weezer in the sidewalk.
6
I'm not sure where this was taken.
7
My mom was showing my dad a woman whose last named rhymed with 'librarian', which was the woman's profession. As my parents are both librarians themselves, they found this hilarious. :P
8
Fun with black light.
9
RAR
10
I had a nosebleed in the shower & took advantage of the situation. I changed the colors in this shot, but it looks way freakier than I expected...
11
12
The cute fur in Meaux's ear... I know it's blurry, but she moved :P
13
I got contacts yesterday: my first time having any vision correction! This is a close up so y'all can check it out...
14
15
Another shot of my eye...because today I got a different kind of contact (you can see they're kind of blueish). They are supposed to last two weeks before I use another pair. They take in oxygen better than the others and are made of a different material. I'm going back next Tuesday to get my extended supply of them. :)
16
Nik (background) and Greg, being...weird. They stopped by my house really briefly. Nik played my dad's 12-string, and then we watched funny videos on YouTube. Then they left.
17
A picture of a pear on the kitchen counter through the inside of the flour jar; the setting sun was shining into it, and I upped the saturation. :)
18
This is my cat stretching out like a giraffe and being blue.
19
VERY long, amazing, complicated, beautiful, sorrowful, wonderful night. This is the beginning -almost- of it. Everybody getting ready in the bathroom in a dorm at Columbia. Shot through Stevie's glasses (Stevie is a beautiful, excellent human). My cousin and his/our friends came up for the weekend for a show and for this one chick's birthday.
20
Taken very early in the morning. This is the sign that an 18-year-old (Nick) and dude in his early 30s (and his dog) had before them. I immediately recognized Nick because I had met him for the first time 3 years ago (at 15 years). He had just recently been kicked out of his house at that time and was the drummer for a crust punk band. He had told me he sold acid and prostituted himself. Now he is homeless, dirty, and does heroin. He didn't remember me, but we still hugged, and he was friendly. People were acting like SHIT to these two guys. I still haven't cried about it, but I am outraged and horribly saddened.

24
Sunset on the first day of our road-trip to Texas; my cousins and uncle and I had just arrived somewhere near Texarkana, I believe, when the setting sun became an orange giant before us.
25
Front row for Yeasayer. Day one of Austin City Limits.
26
The crowd for Conor Oberst and the Mystic Valley Band. Day two of ACL.
27
My friend James and I, chillin' in this weird space-shippy/art dome place, during one of the last bands (Band of Horses) on the last night of ACL. I'm pretty sure we were aliens.
28
The sky was amazing...so I played with the pics I took. At this time, we were almost home.
29
Chicago.
