Yum! Ryebread with ham, fried onions and the yellow stuff is called "remoulade" and is kinda hard to explain but it's gooood!

Le apartment.. It looks nice, but there's only two small hotplates in the kitchen and no oven.. Why do they think that students don't need an oven?!

My new Ikea lamp.. I also have a big one.. We got lost on our way to Ikea and then we got lost IN Ikea.. Awesome.

Got myself a new book.. saw Vickles reading it and thought it looked really good. So I'm starting on that one right after I finish New Moon and Eclipse:)

This poor little creature hung out at our house today. We think it was a carrier pigeon because it had two rings around its legs and it wasn't afraid of ppl, it actually went inside at one point and nested on my mom's shirt, lol! I gave it some water and then some bread but it wouldn't eat anything.. I think it was sick:( It left in the evening though.

We had "ugliest sunnies" contest at work and I offered to buy these (because they are hilarious!) but Bjarne gave them to me for free.. Aww:D I'm now the owner of the coolest pair of sunnies in the world!

Dad painted the table for me:D Yaay! The colour is AWESOME! No polkadots I'm afraid.. It was too risque and my roomie said that she trusts my taste, so I didn't want to betray her trust, hehe;)

I've made a mess out of Helle's spotless living room.. But I'm away from home now. Scary.. mom packed me a lot of food, like this huge city doesn't have any shops.. Tsk tsk.. Moms:)

I don't remember much of the first day of freshman week but it's was a blend of new faces, smells and colours. I haven't taken this picture because my head was too filled with new stuff that I wasn't capable of taking a picture that day.. or.. maybe I was just tired after a long day:)

Got me some new books. The only book that doesn't scare me, is the Oxford Concise Dictionary of Linguistics. I seriously hate grammar, but it's an inevitable part of this subject.. Sigh.

We went to a BBQ out in the "country" with Anthropology and Archeology (because we're in the same institute, go figure) and it rained:( Booh.. Afterwards we went back to the city and went clubbing in wellingtons and with backpacks.. shazam!

Hmph! I'm sick.. I think I got the cold from sitting outside at that BBQ in wet clothes.. Sniff.. Tomorrow is our theme party (we've partied every single day this week!) and I don't have a costume. The theme is "Fairy tales", and I'm thinking I'll go as a skanky witch or an evil unicorn.
