happy, burning the midnight oil in my lab. I like working at night when the phones stop and the rest of the world is quiet.

We went and saw 'Toy Story 1 & 2' in 3D and then snuck into 'Whip it' ...thats getting your monies worth. We also are substituting some of our coffee consumption with Naked Juice. You think they are expensive, but now when you realize how much a coffee costs. And they are much better for us.
2
coffee > dollars. This is the only one I had all week.
3
Today was the first time it really felt like fall in Pasadena. It was nice and we went for a stroll. Frank was pretty concerned about Amperes being on the other side of the universe.
4
It started with my neighbor tony texting me about some 'Mad Dog 20/20' and ended with me three sheets at 5am. ...I am beginning to see a pattern here.
5
took it outside today for some great new product shots. This project is so great, I can't wait!
6
We recycle, even though it seems Pasadena has ensured the most horrendously inefficient system they possibly could. This is not the shot I wanted... It's a real shame you cant see the 50 million bees that were loving these cubes of cans... it looked so cool.
7
This 'christian science' church has a parking lot I cut through on the way to the gym (or when going to get a coffee) and I sometimes sit here and talk on the phone or think about my next moves.
8
I feel terrible displaying Wayne Thiebaud's work this way, but they don't allow photography in the gallery and that's not about to stop me from summing up my day. It was a good one... ArtWalk in Pasadena where many museums and galleries are free. We saw these amazing paintings, hung out in a pumpkin patch, and got a signed copy of 'Flight' #5 by Kazu himself, and then had some drinks, Thai food, and talked about Hitler with a new German friend at a spontaneous party at our apartment.
9
I woke up really really early today and started things off with a comic before working.
10
we were cutting pumpkins up and harvesting their seeds and then carving silly faces in to them. It was CRAZY!
11
chillin' at famimia!! like we do. We were thinking about getting some hash browns and chicken wings there but we were like, 'Nah...'
12
It was raining for the first time in MONTHS... possibly since the early spring. I went outside and walked around in it, it felt really good and reminded me of summer showers at home.
13
Everytime a bell rings, an angel gets his wings... And everytime someone puts boobs on ShutterCal, DefaultArtists gets a major headache. :(
14
ah, morning potential. I stayed up all night prepping ShutterCal for the launch of our new ShutterCal prints. They are Awesome! Go buy them now!
15
I've been inspired by all of the awesome and creative portraits being done by SC'er like YumePhoto. So I will try to do mine more often. Maybe I'll even come up with some cool ideas for self reflection!
16
We went to visit a friend and found that he lives on a compound built into the side of a canyon. It comprises of 7 houses built and owned by a retired chip n'dale dancer ...who lives in a boat shaped house built into the side of a cliff.
17
This is what my view looks like most morning before I get out of bed.
18
Amperes and I mailed out the first batch of ShutterCal ShoeBoxes today! We're excited to see them reach their new homes and get filled with awesome photos throughout the year! We worked very hard for this day.
19
This is Nigel about 30 minutes before he fell off the bar stool. It's interesting enough to watch people have more than enough for the both of you!
20
Amperes and I at Goodwill hunting for Halloween costume materials. Home made costumes are awesome!
21
it's Dr. Catz! I own the complete box set, and i love it!
22
Was looking for a fabric that looks like chainmail and found this for $2.39. It's perfect!
23
Sarah and Marcelo's Halloween party was a lot of fun! We ate, drank, and hung with all these cool cats.
24
Squirrels love peanut butter... So I made this little camera, put peanut butter on the back side of it, and put it on the sidewalk hoping for a squirrel to come pick it up and hold it to it's face (licking the peanut butter off, but looking like he's holding a camera!) I will try this for a few days, what a great shot it would be!
25
I can't drive...
26
27
went to lunch today with my neighbor Tony and Amperes. It was such an awesome crisp day, I couldn't bring myself to go back inside... spent some more time outside on the phone.
28
I caught the steam coming off of this dinner I made. I was pretty excited about that... almost made up for the underdone rice I made :P
