A- ShutterCal prints are square, so they can accommodate any shaped photos. Much like our on-site image viewer, images are printed with the largest ratio filling from edge to edge. Your images will not be cropped (but if you have text & logos in your image, keep them within title safe boarders.)
A- Your text will read exactly as it does in the image viewer and presented in a crisp unified black font. No colors, no bold type, no italics, and no HTML characters will print.
Please do not use "&" in your captions. Our system excludes this symbol, and they will be excluded from your prints.
A- The number of print credits you've ordered will be displayed in the "Print Manager" section of your calendar. From there, select which months to have printed at any time. Just select the desired month(s) and press the "Print & Ship!" button.
A- You have control over when months are printed. Of course, it's best to make sure all images are uploaded before printing. If you choose to print a month with a few days unfilled, you'll simply receive a pack of prints excluding blank days.
A- We may develop a way to order individual prints in the future, but this ShutterCal ShoeBox and Print Service is designed to print your entire project as a whole.
A- Our prints are 100% customized, and are printed and mailed right from the big and fancy professional print lab, While the ShoeBoxes are mailed personally from ShutterCal headquarters.
A- ShoeBoxes are mailed within 24 hours, and often take less then a week.
Print orders are collected weekly, printed on Wednesdays, and shipped out on Thursdays. Deliveries take approximately 2 weeks, although on occasion they can take a bit longer. For quickest delivery, select months to print from your print manager before 5pm Eastern Standard Time each Wednesday.
